In my therapy practice, I take an individualized approach, focusing on the client's wants and needs. My therapeutic approach allows clients to direct each session with validating, encouraging and empowering support from me throughout the process. While using various treatment models to cater to the needs of each and every client, I compliment the each model with a strengths-based approach. I focus on each client's potential for self-growth, emotional and mental healing and goal oriented achievements. A key aspect of a client achieving their goals in therapy is the trusting relationship they have with their therapist.
