After 25+ years in business I am even more enthusiastic and delighted to go about my work than when I first began. Helping people of all ages as they learn to make decisions, handle stress, control emotions, advance their careers, and acquire loving relationships is a privilege and is what I feel called to do. Guiding individuals through career changes and relationship issues is my specialty, so my clients are typically business/professional people and their family members. They often suffer with stress, insomnia, ADHD, depression, anxiety, anger, and low self-confidence. I offer individual and group psychotherapy, psychological assessment, workplace training, and executive coaching. I graduated from the University of Louisville and simultaneously completed the requirements to become a family mediator. My professional focus later expanded to include consultation with hospitals, corporations, and small businesses. Before I founded my current practice I served as the psychology department chair for a large physician group practice.
