Engaging in therapy is a life-alterning experience. It can be energizing and fun at times, difficult at others, and it requires commitment to accepting your emotional self and all experiences that come with that work. I believe in and encourage healthy, healing, open, honest, authentic relationships - with Self first and then with others. "Something will grow from all this you are going through, and it will be YOU" . My approach to healing is holistic & interpersonal. Our mind is not just our brain, our heart, or our body - it is all of these. Our mind is our subjective experience of our own vulnerabilities. "Feeling felt" and heard by your therapist is fundamental to recognizing, honoring, and supporting your vulnerabilities. I use therapy methods which recognize our whole being is already geared toward healing itself and tailor them to your individual needs to help unlock unresolved and unprocessed disturbances, to release them from the body and memory networks, and to identify positive desirable outcomes and goals for your future life.
