My goal in counseling is to help you find harmony in your life. I work with adolescents and adults in individual, marriage and family counseling. My approach is both eclectic and holistic. I believe the most effective change occurs when a person is healthy in the physical, mental, relational, emotional, and spiritual areas of life. I assist clients in evaluating and balancing these areas. Though taking the crucial first steps toward growth is scary, I am here to help guide you towards freedom and hope. I especially focus on the spiritual component of life and it's integration to the soul of every person.
