Keystone Family Support, Inc. Therapeutic group home for adolescent (ages 12-17) featuring services such as individual, group, family therapy and parent training. Also featuring life skills building, social skills building, mental health assessments, and wrap-around services. We are a school liaison and IEP/540 specialist, focusing on credit recovery for 9th-12th grades and continuous learning through Davis School District for grades 7-8. We offer equine therapy, music and art enrichment and recreational therapy. A registered nurse and APRN are on call for medication management. We currently accept Medicaid for therapeutic services and private pay for longer term residential treatment. We are always working on accepting new insurances.
