I work with individuals, couples and families that are ready for change and are ready to commit themselves to the work of self discovery and growth. Anxiety and depression are very treatable today. Individuals and couples benefit from developing trust and improving their communication skills. I am also a hypnotherapist who is a member of the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis. I use hypnosis when requested, for smoking cessation, anxiety and personal growth. I have been in practice in Jackson Hole, Wyoming for over 30 years. I use an eclectic approach to therapy, combining behavioral and cognitive therapy with an interpersonal orientation. There is ever evolving research in neuropsychology that informs evidence based therapy, which I incorporate into my work with clients.
