I have experience and enjoy working with people who are: experiencing a life change, healing from trauma, coping with stress related problems, grieving, living with anxiety or depression or experiencing other challenges. I have worked with people from a wide range of backgrounds including educators, medical professionals, therapists, first responders, adults, children and teens. Because of my interest in the treatment of stress and trauma I have studied and am certified in EMDR therapy. EMDR therapy is one of only two treatments approved for the treatment of trauma by the World Health Organization.
