I deeply care about helping you find your path of healing! My specialization and skills are in anxiety, grief, divorce, and panic attacks. If you are bothered by these or other issues I welcome your call. I will respond promptly because I believe your mental health issues deserve immediate attention. I also have skilled experience in addictions, depression, life transitions, issues with chronic illness, and low self-esteem. Reaching out for help in your personal life can really feel intimidating. But once you begin the healing process those feelings will begin to fade because you'll realize how unique, normal and capable you are. I make this process gentle and understandable. I will work hard with you to help you envision a simpler path with a less fearful and difficult perspective of your problems.
