I have been working in the health field for 40 years in various roles. I have taken some of my life's circumstances and weaved them into caring with and for others! It has been an honor to assist parents in their role as caretakers and children with managing the world around them. I take an eclectic approach to supporting individuals and families cope with their personal feelings and physical conditions. I specialize in working with individuals with neuro-biological diagnosis: ie, ADHD, ASD, anxiety, depression, PTSD and grief. I use talk therapy, CBT, hypnosis, stress management and ABA in an individual and/or family session. I also work with people from early childhood to late adulthood.
