As we journey through life, many factors blend to form who we are today. When we experience hurts, abuses, traumatic events, or unhealthy relationships we learn to find survival mechanisms that served their purpose at the time but are no longer effective in the present. I use a client-centered approach tailored to meet your individual needs to find the best path to healing. I chose counseling as a career because I have had a life-long passion for helping people. I have walked through my own healing experience and know what it is like to not have the words to explain experiences, thoughts, or emotions. I will meet you where you are in your life and guide you on your journey as you move toward a lifetime of new perspectives. My role as a therapist is to be present for you, to listen, and to help empower you as we walk together on your healing path.
