Life can throw some traumatic things at you. It's my privilege to be present with you on your journey toward healing and empowerment. I help individuals, and also offer marriage, premarital, or family counseling. When working with couples, I have a unique approach in that I offer "co-counseling" which brings TWO counselors into your sessions. Couples get both the male/female perspective along with more solutions, ideas, and insight. I work with registered Mental Health Counselor intern, Darrell Rhines (IMH 12877). This approach is really rare and is immensely helpful and successful for couples. EMDR is a helpful way to address trauma and some of the more horrific experiences that life throws our way. If you need to regain positive thoughts and feelings about yourself, let's explore if EMDR is right for you. GROUP THERAPY is powerful.
