Life can be difficult, and we all reach times in our life where we are overwhelmed and unsure of how to move forward. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, or relationship issues, I would love to work with you to help you get unstuck and relieve the current symptoms with practical solutions. To achieve lasting change, I also work to get an understanding of the deeper issues and address the core problems that are causing the symptoms. I work collaboratively with clients to establish appropriate goals and seek to empower them to move forward in their lives in the way they desire. I completed my Masters degree in Marriage and Family therapy, with a specialization in Child and Adolescent counseling. I work with Adolescents, Individuals, Couples, and Families to address and work towards resolving their current struggles, as well as the deeper issues. Spirituality is rapidly rising in its recognition as a great resource for people in a therapeutic context. I have been trained to integrate spirituality into the therapeutic process, should the client be open to and desire it.
