I work with adults and teens of all backgrounds, bodies, and beliefs. I offer support for a range of personal challenges--including trauma recovery, gender & sexuality concerns, depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties/dissolution, adjustment to life changes, and coping with physical illness. I provide clients with a safe, therapeutic space where they can speak their truths, process past and present events, build insight and self-awareness, and develop skills to become aligned with a more contented, empowered self. Affordable rates with convenient scheduling options, including evening and weekends hours. I operate under the clinical supervision of Jennifer Smith, MS, LPC, RPT, NCC and the direction of Amber Cleveland Lewter, LPC.
