The therapeutic process carves out a place to share the story of our life. We learn about ourselves by how we choose to tell that story. It becomes a place where we can safely link our truths to the happenings of our life. In exploration, a space can be created to allow for healing,recognition of strength and desired change. I work with individuals, couples and families as they navigate transitions and create changes that more align with the life hoped for. I know therapy to be hard work and it is a honor to witness and learn from all the different ways we live.
