I specialize in supporting individuals and families who are experiencing difficult challenges in their lives, through a cognitive behavioral based approach, while implementing strategic interventions and positive based techniques to improve the overall quality of life. I concentrate on treating individuals, couples and families who face challenges associated with developmental disabilities, mental illnesses, and other related behavioral concerns by educating, empowering, gaining insight into relationships, developing communication skills, coping strategies, and achieving the most effective methods of problem solving. My short-term goal is to collaboratively work as a team with each person, to develop a behavior plan tailored to meet their own individual needs. My long-term goal is to provide each individual with the appropriate skills and tools necessary to manage their own behaviors for a life time. I am committed to the enhancement of health and well being, while maintaining respect for each individual.
