I welcome your rough edges, tender places, inner wisdom, and the search for more fulfillment. My clients include people who experience depression, anxiety, grief, anger, and shame, creative folks who are stalled at manifesting their potential, gentle souls who find it hard to navigate in a frenetic world, people who want to establish fresh relationship patterns, and those who are recovering their balance amidst life transitions. I also specialize in working with couples. Relationships can often stretch us to surprising places in ourselves--sometimes explosively fiery, at other moments excruciatingly vulnerable. I work to help partners develop more curiosity and compassion about each other, about oneself, and about the relationship as a whole. I bring a warm, relational, and spacious style of listening and interacting, and tend to work in a grounded, embodied way that invites more awareness into clients' experience.
