I have experience helping people with mood problems, depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem and identity issues, relationship difficulties, coping with grief and loss including death, divorce, and physical or sexual trauma, as well as spiritual struggles and faith-based issues. Through the therapeutic process, individuals become equipped to draw from their personal, spiritual, and social resources, as they encounter life's challenges. Therapy helps to create solutions to help you feel less stuck and more powerful to change your life in a positive way. It is my desire to help you become more self-understanding, more self-accepting, and more confident in your abilities to deal with stress, solve problems, and engage in satisfying relationships.
