I have always been fascinated with the strength of the human spirit and our ability to evolve and thrive under many different circumstances. My experience in working with children and adolescents and their families has reinforced this belief. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand and resolve challenges in the present and the future. These challenges can be holding you back from attaining more fulfilling and meaningful experiences. My equine assisted psychotherapy program brings a unique approach to the therapeutic process for those clients who choose to participate. I provide therapy for individuals including children and adolescents, families, and couples in order to restore a sense of well being, create healthy relationships, and build strong bonds between all family members. I enjoy collaborating with clients to overcome depression, anxiety, feelings of decreased self-worth or low self-esteem. I offer a personalized approach tailored to each of my clients individual needs to help attain the personal growth they're striving for. My goal is to help uncover your true potential and lead a life that is worth celebrating. I believe change starts when clients feel accepted and safe.
