Centerpointe Counseling and Recovery of Sarasota At CenterPointe Counseling and Recovery, we help people to overcome obstacles that interfere with happiness and fulfillment in day to day life. Whether you are experiencing symptoms of sadness or depression, need support to overcome an addiction, or want someone to work with your child/teen to regulate their emotions and manage anxiety, we are here to help. Our therapists provide a safe and healing environment for anyone in need of individual, family or couples counseling. We also provide an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for individuals struggling with addiction and/or mental health concerns. In addition, we offer Neurofeedback, a "brain training" program for children, teens, and adults that are in need of self-regulation to improve mental performance, emotional control, stability and overall wellbeing.
