Do you feel like you are in a pattern that appears to be repeating? Are you afraid to try things in a different manner? I seek to help people find ways to look more closely at their patterns. I would be able to help you regulate your emotions, learn how to communicate with others by standing up for yourself, and tolerate stressful situations without making them worse. I specialize in dialectical behavioral therapy with with older teenagers to older adults. It would be an honor to work with you to help you begin or continue the process of change and acceptance. I have provided individual and group therapy in outpatient and hospital settings for over twelve years.
