Accepting New Clients! Are you struggling with depression or feeling stuck in life? Counseling offers unbiased support to help provide new insight, frame your life in a different way, take a new approach, and help you try new strategies to become unstuck. With nearly two years of experience, working at Arizona State University Counselor Training Center, Arizona State University Counseling Services, and Mountain Health and Wellness, I am committed to helping you create positive changes in your life. As a Licensed Associate Counselor, I will provide a safe, nonjudgmental environment. Helping clients find balance in their lives is a passion of mine. I am EMDR trained and work with adults, couples, adolescents, and children who experience various issues including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, relationship difficulties, and emotional regulation difficulties. Using an eclectic therapeutic approach, I tailor every therapy session to the unique needs of my clients. Developing a partnership with my clients, together we decide on the modalities to work though the often difficult journey of going to therapy. Through compassion and knowledge, I strive to empower my clients toward achieving personal success.
