Do you feel fed up? Perhaps you feel that you have tried everything and you don't know what else to try. Take heart. Most people don't seek counseling until desperation has kicked in. I can give you the opportunity to talk with someone who has an unbiased view. I have 30 plus years in the medical and counseling field. I have raised six children and understand family life. Perfection is not an attainable goal, flaws are human and everyone has them. I use solution orientated therapy to help you fall in love with your true self. In addition to traditional counseling, I use experiential methods such as Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. I am also a rock climbing guide and utilize nature to promote healing. I work with Veterans through rock-climbing.
