I see an average of 25-30 clients a week, but you will feel each session you have my full attention and best interest in mind. Clients continually say how comfortable they are coming to see me, that I truly pay attention to the details of their life, that my office is warm and cozy, and they can tell I care. Meeting your personal goals starts by making small steps in the right direction. Appointments are available from 9 am to 5pm. Many times clients may initiate therapy because they are struggling with depressive symptoms, panic attacks or anxieties, loss, trauma, problematic behaviors, bipolar, anger issues, or overwhelming stress. I always want my clients to keep an eye on the basics: eating right, sleeping well, and exercising. Personally, I believe there are times in our life when we should seek outside help. As much as life throws at us at times, we need to reach out during difficult moments, the times when we are given tell-tale signs of things not going well, and when we could use a level sounding board.
