Events in life can be so confusing or overwhelming, it can be difficult to make sense of them. I enjoy working with clients to help them address what feels difficult, identify patterns in their past and present, discover personal meaning in their experiences, and move forward in a way that feels full and good. I utilize attachment-based and psychodynamic theories, as well as cognitive-behavioral and behavioral approaches. I also enjoy reviewing current research to better address specific issues clients might be facing. My therapeutic interests include depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, relationship dynamics, grief, existential issues, dementia, and life transitions. I work with adults of all ages, and I have experience working with clients in outpatient and inpatient settings. I meet with clients at the Florida Counseling Centers and offer in-home treatment, when needed.
