I'm a seasoned therapist with over 20 years of experience treating adult and childhood disorders (depression, anxiety, and codependency). I have trained with Pia Mellody, one of the foremost international consultants at The Meadows Trauma facility in Wickenburg, Arizona. Other mentors and therapists I have studied and who have influenced my work are Terry Real, Patrick Carnes, and Claudia Black. I continue to receive monthly consultations with Pia Melody in order to stay on top of the latest techniques and findings. I offer FREE consultations in my office. I purposely limit my case load to 10 clients. I treat each case thoroughly in order to achieve high level service. In addition, my office is located away from busy office traffic giving you the luxury of utmost privacy. In sum, confidentiality and thorough attention are my aim. I take the time it takes to get to know you and work with YOU to devise a strategy that will fit YOUR needs.
