I have worked in the field of counseling for over 17 years. My clients encompass issues revolved around depression,addictions,eating disorders, relationship issues, anxiety/panic attacks and childhood trauma. I help a person learn to manage these disorders and emotions. Subsequently, a person will become happier, managing life better. I specialize in anxiety disorders, addictions, eating disorders and, depression . I teach relaxation and imagery techniques to reduce anxiety and panic attacks. My practice will offers individual and family counseling.Also, support groups for sexual abuse survivors. We offer workshops to help learn relaxation techniques in order to manage anxiety.
