Stressful life events happen to all of us. Sometimes we struggle to get back up after an event has knocked us down. I want to enhance the quality of your life through education, development and support. I want to assist you or your family/friend(s) with finding a peace of mind after a crisis. I will be providing counseling and crisis intervention services. I understand every concern may not require a long term intervention however I am prepared in the event you need more support. I have years of experience in crisis intervention. I use a variety of treatment options including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (Trauma and Grief focused) and Motivational Interviewing. I have specialized training working with victims of child abuse, sexual abuse and domestic violence. I have facilited abuse, domestic violence and bereavement groups. I provide services for individuals ages 9-55+. I primarily provide in-home ccounseling services. I will see individuals in residential settings as well. I am serving the Gainesville and greater Tampa Bay metropolitan area, I have evening and weekend availabilty.
