Feeling lost, out of control, depressed or shameful and anger can be difficult feelings to manage alone especially if you're dealing with trauma related to Drug or Alcohol Abuse, Addictions, Relationship Problems or Overwhelming Stress, Depression or PTSD. If you're a parent of a teen with high risk behaviors, an individual and or couple that's struggling with communication conflicts, mistrust, broken relationship agreements, fragile relationships; including the one with yourself, then let me help you start your journey to recovery. My specialty is restoring relationships and building bridges over troubled gaps for a better level of functioning for couples who experience relationship distress. I partner well with teens and parents to solve special family situations such as addictions, parenting conflicts or adolescent issues, to create a better functioning home environment. I offer assessments, education, recovery and parent coaching, family counseling and couples therapy. Simply put, I'll help you make sense of it all and get your life back in order. I provide a safe non-judgmental setting and serve unique populations; to include, blended families, LGBTQ and poly relationships.
