I have over 20 years experience in providing individual, group and family therapy services to children and adults. I offer my services with the sincere hope of helping others achieve the quality life they imagine for themselves. I specialize in the effective management of life stressors, feelings of anxiety, depression, anger management, emotional/behavioral challenges, trauma and victimization experiences, family/relationship challenges, comunication skills, coping mechanisms, parenting, divorce issues, personality disorder behavior. In addition, I offer a variety of group therapy programs toward meeting the specific needs of the group members i.e. dialectical behavior therapy, survivors, anger management I have held certifications in sexual abuse survivors counseling, domestic violence counseling and substance abuse counseling. I am certified in Reality Therapy/Choice Theory which is ideal in working with individuals who's behavior does not seem to be helping to achieve desired goals. I offer individual, couples, marital, family and group therapy interventions tailored to the individual needs of my clients. I enveavor to work collaboratively with clients in identifying meaningful goals toward experiences of success, the achievement of goals and the attainment of the quality life you imagine.
