I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing a variety of emotional/mental health issues including depression, anxiety, mood swings, indecision, anger/frustration/oppositional, developmental issues, body image/eating disorders, grief, and women's issues. I am passionate about working with individuals and couples who may be facing issues pertaining to relationship distress and conflict, infidelity, divorce, and parenting. I am also a Parenting the Love and Logic Way facilitator and offer sessions for parents interested in implementing this style of parenting within their family. My strength is to provide a caring and safe environment for you to discuss your most private difficulties and challenges. I fully believe that it's necessary to implement treatment holistically, treating the whole person and taking all states of well being into consideration. Therapy is a collaborative process so it is important for a person to feel a connection or "click" with his/her therapist in order for the therapeutic process to be beneficial.
