With over 25 years as a practicing psychologist, I have learned that it is not just the latest techniques that help people change, but being deeply understood in a trusting therapy relationship. As a couples therapist, my goal is to help you rebuild friendship and intimacy while learning tools to manage and resolve conflict more effectively. I am committed to understanding the source of your problems so that we can find effective long-term solutions. Within this in-depth approach, I use tools from cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal and mindfulness practices. As a marital therapist, my approach integrates training in object relations therapy & the Gottman's model. I have extensive post doctoral advanced psychotherapy training and have been active in training & education therapists on various faculties.
