My focus in therapy is to help you find the right tools needed to allow you to discover the many puzzle pieces that make you the person you are meant to be. My method is to have as many tools available for you or to be able to locate the exact ones you'll need to bring balance and contentment into your life. I have worked with children and adolescents aged 6 to 18, their families, individuals and couples since 2000. I have extensive experience in Sand Tray Therapy for not only children, but also as a great tool in helping adults gain insight into their life's process. I conduct therapy sessions in Spanish and English.
