I am a therapist who starts where the person is and helps them in developing direction for their treatment. I have over 15 years experience as a therapist, supervisor and clinical director. My goal is to give unconditional positive regard and my full attention to the clients. My style is to treat the whole person with care, humor, gentle nudging, and insight. My specialties include relationships, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and addictive diseases. That being said...individuals are not defined by their diagnosis or problem. I'm trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Gender Specific Issues. I am a yoga teacher, hiker, meditator, and avid practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga.
