I will be working with the military supporting deployed military members and their families until Oct 1, 2015. Please contact me after that to set up an appointment. I believe great personal growth can develop as a result of a conscious relationship. To foster this I have explored several strategies designed specifically to help couples. All couples disagree. Successful couples know how to disagree effectively! Let me teach you the skills involved with successful communication, problem solving and conflict resolution. The ideal relationship doesn't just happen; it is created. I am a certified EMDR therapist. EMDR is a life changing therapy that can help us deal with big traumas such as assault, abuse and violence, or smaller traumas such as finding the reasons we choose bad relationships, addictions, tough childhoods, mean family members, shame and guilt. I was a teacher of teens and young adults for over fifteen years. I love working with this age group. Launching successful adults Isn't always easy, and it certainly isn't always fun, but I'm here to tell you, it can be done successfully and respectfully.
