I am a CERTIFIED IMAGO RELATIONSHIP THERAPIST. I specialize in relationship work, and my style is collaborative. I believe that my clients are looking for three things when they come into my office: 1-Encouragement that their pain or negative situation will lessen or end, 2-An opportunity to be heard and validated for their feelings and experiences, 3-A plan of action to improve their lives. My clients often report that they feel empowered after working with me. I offer more than one solution to a problem so that my clients may choose the one that best suits them. For couples who are in crisis, facing separation or divorce, I offer an INTENSIVE 4 HOUR SESSION. This half day session is equivalent to one month of therapy. This jump start into therapy provides immediate relief, hope and a plan for healing. I enjoy working with couples and families as well as individuals. I am skilled at connecting my clients to resources that will help them and I am able to help them discover meaning in their lives.I offer a relaxing, safe environment in which my clients may work through their personal challenges.
