My practice is focused on helping each individual develop insight and awareness, build skills, solve problems, and change behavior in constructive ways. I specialize in relationships: marital, intergenerational, professional, and spiritual. I have special expertise in the areas of marital counseling and enrichment, womens' issues, family members of individuals with personality disorders, parenting, sandwich generation issues, empty-nest challenges, grief and loss, and personal mentoring. I work with young adults, adults in mid-life, and older adults. I have a great deal of experience with helping individuals understand and implement the concept of personal and professional boundaries. I am able to work with individuals from different faith perspectives. In addition to my counseling practice, I also serve as the practice's Executive Director. I have many years of administrative experience in healthcare-related organizations, in both the for-profit, and not-for-profit environments. I enjoy the diversity that comes from serving in both roles for the practice.
