I have worked for 25 years with individuals (age 16 and up) who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, trauma, relationship difficulties, job stress, and/or who desire a deeper understanding of themselves. Life can be difficult for all of us at times, and maneuvering through it well requires a sense of connectedness to the world and our place in it. The therapeutic relationship can provide a safe, compassionate place to heal, to gain a greater understanding of oneself, and to move toward greater happiness. My therapeutic approach is founded on insight-oriented psychotherapy and mindfulness-based psychotherapy, with an emphasis on healing through integrating the psyche, body, and spirit. My office is located in Windsor, CT right off of I-91, with easy access from towns all around, including South Windsor, Hartford, Bloomfield, Simsbury, Granby, Enfield and more.
