If you are looking for answers to life problems, let me help you find some. I have 36 years of experience in working with people who are challenged with difficult life issues. I treat people who suffer from depression and/or anxiety issues. Causes of these problems range from unresolved trauma incidents to intractable life situations triggering chronic stress such as being a care giver. Death, divorce, loss of meaningful work; a variety of things can create a powerful sense of helplessness or hopelessness. What happens in therapy? I meet with you and we talk about your situation. We work together to create a plan of care that meets your needs. Then, the work begins helping you to develop your resources for coping with life in new and creative ways to move forward.
