My goal is to help you appreciate and develop your unique qualities and strengths, empowering you to utilize tools that will improve your life. I specialize in treating pornography and sexual addictions, trauma and shame. I facilitate groups for the LifeSTAR Network, a three-phase program for couples and individuals affected by pornography and sexual addiction. For adolescents who are struggling with compulsive sexual behavior, I facilitate the YouthSTAR group. This program is designed to help adolescence and their parents effectively learn and implement recovery tools and to take preventative measures from these behaviors escalating into an addiction. I have extensive experience treating a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. I offer free trainings and presentations to Ecclesiastical Leaders, Wards, schools and community members about Pornography and Sexual Addictions and How to Create a Pornography Resilient Family.
