Thank you for visiting my page. I assist my clients through various types of life transitions such as the grief and loss of divorce, death of a loved one, and other experiences which result in imbalance, sadness, depression, and confusion. I use strong cognitive-behavioral techniques along with spiritual awareness, forgiveness, nature-oriented therapy, and bibliotherapy. My passion is companioning with my clients through their transition, giving them a safe place to explore their emotions, thoughts, and possibilities, and working through the pain to a new experience. Dream interpretation and energy work are also available for those interested. Additionally, everyone deserves to have their needs met, but many people can't seem to get there, and others aren't sure what their needs are. We can work together to find out what you really need and then develop some effective language and action steps to get you there. I work with a lot of individuals who are no longer happy with who they are and what they are doing in life, and are searching for an authentic way of being in the world. I'd love to talk about that and help you create greater comfort.
