As a Licensed Professional Counselor I strive to help others create meaning out of life events that can be painful or confusing. I have provided counseling services to individuals and families in our community for the past 7 years, and I truly enjoy my work as a counselor. I have worked in a variety of settings, and with a diverse range of clients, which has helped me to understand the process of change. It is a privilege to be part of that process and I strive to empower healing and growth in all of my clients. I integrate numerous approaches into my strengths based work and am always listening for solutions. I believe in a person's inherent ability to change and grow. I want my clients to leave our sessions feeling calmer, more optimistic, and less impulsive. My passion is supporting clients to gain tools for a greater sense of well-being. Our sessions can offer a warm environment to delve into issues and work toward positive change.
