Helping Hands for Healing Hearts is about providing the tools to facilitate recovery. Mine is a Rogerian or client centered approach, meaning that I see the strengths of my clients and nurture these accordingly. It's about giving you a compass to find your way on an oftentimes treacherous path. I am an open minded therapist who embraces the opportunity to work with all kinds of people. I believe in unleashing human potential by fostering awareness of negative paradigms that limit positive growth. I employ a number of different therapeutic approaches tailored to the specific needs of my clients. I provide an empathetic, nonjudgmental, and objective spring board for reflecting, on real life situations. I seek to do more than help people sort through their problems; I want to help them look beyond the problems and embark on a journey of self realization. The thread running through all my therapeutic relationships is the deep, abiding belief that anyone willing to put forth the effort can bring about the changes they envision. I believe that all human experience is relevant. We learn lessons from unpleasant outcomes that enable us to live life more effectively.
