I believe that people are not designed to handle hurt and rejection alone. I work with individuals and couples and give them a safe and comfortable place to work through those hurts and rejections. My style (specifically using EFT) is an attachment-oriented approach. My approach assumes that we all have very deep needs for safe connection and emotional contact, and that when we don't get those needs met, we get stuck in very negative interactional patterns. My hope is to come alongside my clients and help them navigate through the negative interactions into new bonds and relationships. My focus is on couples, families and women of all ages
