WELCOME.....Tomas and Associates is a versatile holistic treatment practice. We have seven well qualified practitioners with over 140 years of collaborative experience. We specialize in treating a multitude of mental health issues including but not limited to depression and anxiety disorders, adjustments disorders stemming from some of life's stressful transitions (separation, divorce, empty nest, etc.), chronic pain issues (fibromyalgia, arthritis, etc) grief and loss ( bereavement, divorce, estranged relationships) and trauma (survivors of abuse, accidents, war, etc). We are well experienced in treating children and adolescent challanges such as; ADHD, social anxieties, academic challenges, difficulties with peer relationships, etc. A multitude of modalities are offered to our clients to formulate a specialized treatment plan. Amongst the most common are cognitive behavioral (education, workbooks, talk therapy), creative therapies (art, music, clay, etc), meditative eastern style (yoga, reiki, sotai, gigong, chakra balancing, etc.). We offer individual, family, couple and group therapy to all ages. We are people too and know that entering treatment is not one of the easy things to do in life.
