LifeStyle Transformation is a 12-month out-patient recovery program designed to assist individuals who struggle with compulsive eating as they end an unhealthy relationship with food and transform their lives! About the Program LifeStyle Transformation, A Program for Recovery from Compulsive Eating is an 18-month out-patient program to help people address the underlying issues of compulsive eating. Addressing these issues, gaining valuable tools and learning how to heal your brain from the effects of compulsive eating will help you transform, not just your weight, but your life! Your 18-month program will include an initial consultation, 6 three-hour classes, individual therapy, weekly group therapy and 13 workbooks to help you through your recovery.
