I work with depression, anxiety, self esteem, addiction, pre-marital, marital/relationship conflict, divorce adjustment, loss or grief, life transitions and spirituality. My areas of concentration are in Family of Origin Issues, PTSD & Trauma and ADHD. My methodology to therapy and treatment is based on a family systems approach and includes insight focused therapies. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic, structural and solution focused models as well as experiential and holistic modalities in my work with clients. Therapy is collaborative with the client. Focus is on healing the "whole" person through the mind, body and spirit connection. I believe in walking with the client through their journey, helping them embrace their challenges through mindfulness and compassion, becoming more grounded in their authentic self. In addition to receiving my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, I have completed the three-year program in Energy Healing Science Training at the Estuary's School of Healing of Arts. I am trained EMDR, Energy Therapy & Trauma Based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
