I have been in practice for 29 years. I'm a Clinical Member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. I see individuals, families, couples and adolescents. Many of my clients come to therapy to deal with depression, anxiety, relationship problems, grief and loss, overwhelming stress, anger management, parenting concerns or life changing events such as divorce and loss of emploiyment. In my practice, I use a variety of methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Relational Therapy and Psychodynamic Therapy. I provide a supportive therapeutic setting where people can address their concerns, emotional pain and life struggles. In my experience, when people call for an appointment they often times are at the end of their rope and frustrated by their inability to resolve their relationship, behavioral or mood concerns. I will focus on clarifying your thoughts, feelings and needs in a supportive and thoughtful environment with a practical, solution oriented focus.
