Serving the Whole Person At Integrative Behavioral Healthcare, our providers believe that there is no separation between mental health and medical health. It is with great pride that we approach each individual in a way to meet the biological, psychological, spiritual, and social needs, whatever they may be. Our counselors are willing and able to work hand-in-hand with other providers, social workers, and case workers to ensure continuity for the client. Serving the Whole Community Integrative Behavioral Healthcare is interested in the individuals in the community and the community as a whole. We demonstrate this in our ability to meet with clients from a variety of backgrounds, financial statuses, and needs. We receive and accept referrals from medical doctors, as well as referring clients to medical and mental health providers within the community, when necessary. We are very proud to offer an intimate setting - our providers and staff get to know each client we serve. Residents In order to better our profession, our providers are able to provide supervision to mental health counseling residents in the Commonwealth of Virginia. It is our belief that we owe it to the field to ensure that the next generation of counselors are fully capable of providing the best service to their clients. While this is done on a limited availability, these residents are available and accepting new clients.
