Couples are my specialty. It is an exciting privilege to help couples transform their relationships, and to help individuals solve relational problems. Why is this work so exciting? Because I help couples renew and recreate their relationships, even when all hope is lost, despite affairs, addictions, profound hurts, and long-term disconnection. With 13+ years of therapy experience, I am dually licensed in Montana as a Clinical Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist. I primarily practice Emotionally Focused Therapy, which is the most effective research-based therapy for couples today.
