I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern. I provide counseling for individuals, couples, and families dealing with many different kinds of problems. Some of my specialties include anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, communication, and child-centered therapy. I believe that positive change can happen quickly, even when just one person takes the first step. My background includes experience in the field of alternative health for over 20 years and I also speak Spanish. I offer confidential, therapeutic support from evidence-based solutions to a wide array of problems experienced by couples, families, and individuals. I work collaboratively with people to find solutions to their problems. I have experience in both brief, solution-focused therapy and long-term, in-depth psychotherapy, I have received additional training in how to work with Marshall B. Rosenberg's Non-Violent Communication process, trauma/PTSD, and child-centered play therapy.
